And what we'll never do with it.

The free tools

Our tools (scorecards, calculators, roadmap builders) run in your browser. The answers you give are scored on your device. If you choose to enter your email to get a copy of your result, we collect:

• Your name and email, so we can send you the thing we promised.
• Your tool inputs and result (for example, which headache you picked, or your readiness score), so the copy we send matches what you saw.

What we do with it: send you the report once, and follow up once about whether you want a real Audit. That's it. No drip sequences, no list-bombing. If a tool says "we send it once," the system is built so that's literally true.

If you don't enter your email, nothing is collected. The tools work fully without it.

Where it lives

• Form submissions are stored with Netlify (our hosting provider).
• Emails are sent through Nitrosend, an Australian email platform. Generated reports are stored on our hosting with unguessable links.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. Standard cookies apply; no tool answers or emails are sent to analytics.

Proposal links

Some Works proposal links use first-party engagement analytics. That can tell us when a proposal was opened, roughly how long it was viewed, which sections were viewed, whether a booking or request-SOW link was clicked, and whether a recipient-specific link appears to have been forwarded.

We use that to follow up at the right time and keep a record of what was sent. We do not use proposal engagement data for ad retargeting, and we do not send it to Meta, LinkedIn, or other ad platforms.

What we will never do

• Sell, rent, or share your details with anyone outside Works.
• Add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
• Use confidential business details you type into a tool for anything other than generating your result.
