How the score works
Each answer contributes 0, 3, 7 or 10 points. Two questions make up each of the five areas, for a total out of 100. This is a practical self-assessment, not a benchmark or a prediction of savings.
The AI-use level is assessed separately. Shared use needs shared instructions, review and a named owner. Compounding also needs a measured baseline and a maintained record of improvements. Strong foundations alone cannot give you a higher AI-use level.
Recommendations come from a fixed set of actions based on your answers. We prioritise clear rules, review and ownership before suggesting wider use of company information.
