Machine learning at scale
Commercial leadership in Asia for a global ad tech platform processing billions of data points each day.
Works is an Australian AI implementation company. We embed senior operators inside established businesses to map the work, build the AI systems and train the team to run them.
Zachary King has worked in technology since 2005 and on the business side of machine learning at global scale since 2016. At MediaMath, a global advertising technology company, he helped grow the Asia business while its platform processed billions of data points each day. Later, while running his fractional practice, he started using AI inside his own delivery work.
A 10,000-word go-to-market playbook became more than a document. It gave AI enough knowledge about a company to support research, campaigns, client delivery and day-to-day decisions. Zachary began building AI-powered go-to-market systems for other businesses.
Works grew from that idea. Instead of limiting the system to sales and marketing, Works helps companies apply it across operations, service, finance and the rest of the organisation.

Embedded leadership showed what happens when a senior operator stays close enough to the work to change it.
Detailed playbooks became the reliable company context behind working AI systems.
The model expands across the organisation to help Australian companies become AI-native.
A small accountable core. AI doing the repeatable work. Senior specialists joining where their judgement creates value.
Clients work with experienced operators. The person shaping the engagement remains close to the implementation.
Finance, growth, production, performance marketing and technical capability join when the work requires them.
Works runs on the same company-brain architecture, governed workflows and AI skills that we install for clients.
We do not build management layers before the work justifies them. Capability expands with the job, then changes as the job changes.
Every engagement has one named senior Works lead from start to finish. Zachary King remains accountable for the overall strategy and quality. Specialists join when their expertise is needed, but the client never has to coordinate a loose group of consultants.
A workshop, a strategy deck or an isolated agent can be useful. None of them changes a business on its own. Works stays through implementation.
The same accountable lead carries the context from discovery through implementation. You do not retell the business to a new team after the sale.
Before building a library of agents, we organise the knowledge, instructions and permissions they need to work reliably.
You see what is coming, what shipped and what is queued every fortnight. If a workflow does not run in your stack, the ticket is not done.
Implementation and training happen together. The people who will run the system help shape it and learn how to extend it.
The brain, workflows and infrastructure stay with the client. The goal is stronger internal capability, not permanent dependence on Works.
Our core clients have enough operating complexity for AI to create meaningful value, but do not want to spend a year assembling an internal AI team.
