We keep getting pitched AI workshops, AI agents, AI strategy. Which one of these really changes how the business runs?

There are actually four shapes on offer, and only one of them changes how your business runs. Workshops transfer knowledge. Genuinely useful, but it evaporates without follow-up. Agent builds give you a tool, and that's great until it breaks, and then nobody in your business knows how to fix it. Strategy decks give you a plan and no one to build it. Installs, the fourth shape, change the business itself. Workflows live, context written down, team trained.

Each shape is honest work. The dishonesty is when one gets sold as another one. Now look, full disclosure, obviously we're the fourth shape. So, you know, mark me down as a completely unbiased opinion on this one. But the test works on anyone, including us.

At every pitch, ask the same question: what is running in my business when you're no longer in the room? And who maintains it? The shape reveals itself immediately.
