What should an AI audit actually give me at the end of it?
Zachary King, Cofounder and CEO at Works · LinkedIn
Short answer
Three things: a map of how work flows through your business, the cost of that work in hours, dollars or revenue, and a ranked list of what to build first. If an audit hands you a maturity score and a slide about opportunity, you bought a brochure. Works audits run one to four weeks and start at $4,000, depending on team size.

So, what should an AI audit actually give me at the end of it?
An audit should give you three things. One, a map of exactly how work flows through your business. Two, the cost, in terms of hours or dollars or revenue, that it actually costs the business. And then three, a ranked list of what to build first.
If an audit hands you a maturity score and a slide about an opportunity, you bought a brochure. The useful version maps real workflows, puts numbers on what they cost today and what you could gain by putting them in place, and ranks the build in order of return. You should finish knowing exactly what to build next.
Our audits run anywhere from one to four weeks, and start at just $4,000, depending on the size of your team. And I'll say the quiet part out loud. A one-hour audit via a Zoom call isn't really an audit. It's a sales pitch.
Before you pay anyone, check out our free scorecard. There's no gate, no email required, and it'll tell you if you're even ready to start with a paid audit.
