We've got AI licences across the business but no workflows running on them. How do we close that gap?

Short answer

By installing four layers, in order: architecture, context, brain and skills. Architecture sets where the AI can work and what it can touch. Context is your processes, written down. The brain is persistent company knowledge in one place. Skills are the repeatable jobs you've taught it. Licences without these layers are just a chat tool.

We've got AI licences running right across the business, but no workflow is running on them. How do we close that gap?

You close it by installing the four layers that are essential for any AI installation: architecture, context, brain and skills.

Architecture is where the AI is allowed to work and everything that it can touch. Context is your company processes written down, so it knows how your business does things. Your brain is the persistent company knowledge, all in one place, that the AI can read. Skills are the repeatable jobs or SOPs that you've taught it: drafting the quote, prepping the meeting follow-up, building the Monday report.

Licences without any of these layers are simply just a chat tool. Every install that we do follows that order, and each layer is concrete.
